After Mapbox unveiled its new logo, we aimed to amplify the excitement by refreshing the homepage for maximum impact. In my role as the design lead, the goal was to prominently showcase Mapbox's three core product offerings: mapping, navigation, and location search SDKs, which were absent from the previous design. I took the opportunity to elevate Mapbox's visual design by introducing new icon designs and implementing a default astronaut avatar for signed-in users. My favorite design detail is the interactive hero animation of map tiles, which effectively showcases the core products.
